Personalization is achieved through your vision, rendered in the timeless tradition of iconic Trajan-style Roman serif, all-caps typography. All personalized copy is crafted as dimensional, raised lettering and finished in gold to precisely match the gold accents of the surround and post, ensuring a cohesive and premium presentation.

Personalized copy is positioned within the header area. While most wording can be accommodated, longer personalization will require reduced font size and/or stacked lines. To preserve classic proportions and visual balance, personalized copy is ideally limited to approximately 13 characters, including spaces.

Optional corporate logos may be incorporated and will be applied to a gold disc, then mounted at the top of the header for a distinguished, heritage-inspired finish. Corporate logos and color schemes are  options and are noted in our Featured Products page. 

When applicable, establishment dates should be included and displayed as EST. followed by a four-digit year (e.g., EST. 1895), maintaining traditional form and authenticity.

Personalized text, dates, and logos are produced exactly as entered by the customer. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all personalization details prior to purchase, including spelling, capitalization, spacing, and accuracy.

Because each personalized product is uniquely produced, personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of verified manufacturing defects.

By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms and authorizes Timeless Surrounds to proceed with production based on the submitted personalization.
