Terms & Conditions:

Personalized text, dates, and logos are produced exactly as entered by the customer. Customers are

solely responsible for reviewing and approving all personalization details prior to purchase, including

spelling, capitalization, spacing, and accuracy.

Because each personalized product is uniquely produced, personalized items are non-returnable and

non-refundable, except in the case of verified manufacturing defects.

By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms and authorizes Timeless

Surrounds to proceed with production based on the submitted personalization.

Returns and exchanges may be requested within fifteen (15) days of delivery and are subject to the sole discretion and approval of Timeless Surrounds. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging unless otherwise approved.

Return shipping costs for any reason other than verified shipping damage or covered performance issues are the responsibility of the customer.

The complete surround display is intended for indoor use only and must NOT be installed or placed

outdoors. This product does not carry an IP (Ingress Protection) rating and is NOT finished with

automotive-grade paint or coatings designed to withstand prolonged UV sunlight exposure.

The assembled unit is designed to be flush-mounted to the selected wall. If there is an existing

baseboard on the desired wall, a small section may need to be cut out to accommodate flush-mount.

Timeless Surrounds warrants all surrounds to be free from defects in craftsmanship, materials, and

performance for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. See expanded Warranty Statement

Typically, orders will ship within four (4) weeks of accepted order. All orders ship via UPS Ground or

FedEx Ground.
