Can my Timeless Surround be personalized?

Yes. Personalization is a defining feature of Timeless Surrounds. Your custom copy is rendered in a timeless Trajan-style Roman serif, all-caps typography, reflecting classical architectural and heritage design traditions.

How is the personalized text produced?

All personalized copy is fabricated as dimensional, raised lettering and finished in gold to precisely match the gold accents of the surround and post, creating a cohesive and premium presentation.

Where is the personalized copy placed?

Personalized copy is positioned within the header areaof the surround for optimal balance and visibility.

Is there a recommended character limit?

To preserve classic proportions and visual balance, personalization is ideally limited to approximately 13 characters, including spaces. Longer wording may require reduced font size and/or stacked lines, which can alter the traditional appearance.

Can corporate logos be added?

Yes. Optional corporate logos may be incorporated and are mounted on a gold disc positioned at the top of the header, providing a distinguished, heritage-inspired finish.

Is there an additional charge for logos?

Corporate logos are available for a nominal additional charge and are quoted separately based on design and production requirements.

How should establishment dates be displayed?

When included, establishment dates should be formatted as EST. followed by a four-digit year (for example, EST. 1895) to maintain traditional form and authenticity.

Warranty & Product Use

What warranty does Timeless Surrounds provide?

Timeless Surrounds warrants all surrounds to be free from defects in craftsmanship, materials, and performance for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

If a clock is provided by Timeless Surrounds as part of the product, it is warranted for the same one (1) year period against defects in craftsmanship, materials, and performance.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at the sole discretion of Timeless Surrounds. It does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse
• Improper  installation
• Modification
• Normal wear and tear

What if my product arrives damaged?

If shipping damage is observed:

• Take  clear photographs of the exterior of the shipping carton
• Submit those photos to the shipping carrier of record
• Notify Timeless Surrounds following the instructions on its website

All shipping damage claims must be filed within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.

Returns & Exchanges

Are returns or exchanges allowed?

Returns and exchanges may be requested within fifteen (15) days of delivery and are subject to the sole discretion and approval of Timeless Surrounds.

If accepted a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # will be issued and is required to be included with the return.

Returns are subject to a 35% Restocking Fee.

Who pays return shipping?

Return shipping costs for any reason other than verified shipping damage or covered performance issues are the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be returned in original condition and packaging, unless otherwise approved.

What’s Included & Installation

What is included with my surround?

The surround arrives in three (3) components:

• The vertical      post, delivered in two pieces, connected via a ¼-turn stub      fitting
• A header    surround
• All      components have green felt backing to protect both the surround and      the mounting wall surface
• 
  

Is mounting hardware included?

Yes. Included are:

• Pre-drilled      mounting holes in the back of the post
• Pre-packaged      wall anchors
• A mounting      template

The assembled unit is designed to be flush-mounted to the selected wall.

If there is an existing baseboard on the desired wall, a small section may need to be cutout to accommodate flush-mount. 

Is the clock included and ready to use?

If a clock is provided by Timeless Surrounds, it arrives pre-fitted into the header surround and includes a AA alkaline battery, ready for installation.

How soon will I receive my surround order? Typically, orders will ship within four (4) weeks of accepted order.

How do you ship? All orders ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.

Is shipping extra or included? Yes shipping is included at no additional charge by Timeless Surrounds.

Does Timeless Surrounds sell Branded clocks?

NO.  Timeless Surrounds LLC is not an authorized dealer or distributor of Rolex or other branded clocks. Accordingly, we can only confirm whether a clock independently owned or sourced by a customer appears dimensionally compatible with our surrounds. Our review is limited solely to physical fit and does not include evaluation of authenticity, authorization, origin, or legality.

Unauthorized high-profile 34mm Dia dealer clocks are widely sold online, particularly in Asia. Timeless Surrounds is not authorized to sell these branded dealer clocks. For these reasons, Timeless Surrounds does not sell, source, modify, or direct customers to such products.

If you have your own clock, Timeless Surrounds is happy to verify physical compatibility with our standard surround. 

For size/fit verification only, please provide the clock’s diameter, depth, and mounting measurements.

Disclaimer & Environmental Use

Can the surround be installed outdoors?

No. The complete surround display is intended for indoor use only and must NOT be installed or placed outdoors.

Is the product weather or moisture resistant?

No. The product:

• Does not carry an IP (Ingress Protection) rating
• Is not  finished with automotive-grade paint or coatings designed to withstand      prolonged UV sunlight exposure

Do not place the surround in wet or damp areas or in locations where direct sunlight can shine on the display.
