Typically, orders will ship within four (4) weeks of accepted order.

All orders ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.

Shipping in the Continental US is included at no additional charge by Timeless Surrounds.

Tracking # will be provided when shipped

In the event of visible shipping damage to container

• Take clear photographs of the exterior of      the shipping carton
• Submit      those photos to the shipping carrier of record
• Notify      Timeless Surrounds following the instructions on its website

All shipping damage claims must be filed within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.
