Returns and exchanges may be requested within fifteen (15) days of delivery and are subject to the sole discretion and approval of Timeless Surrounds. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging unless otherwise approved. Returns are subject to a 35% Restocking Fee

If accepted a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # will be issued and is required to be included with the return.

Return shipping costs for any reason other than verified shipping damage or covered performance issues are the responsibility of the customer.
